Print and fill out this application and return to any branch location! A librarian will then assist you in getting your very own library card.

House Calls Application

Our house calls librarian will then select materials, following your wishes, which will then be delivered to you once a month by a library volunteer. Please fill out the application and return to any branch location to set up this service.

Meeting Room Application

To reserve a meeting room, complete the Meeting Room Application or contact the local branch manager.

Friends of the Library Application

Support your library's programming, find out what is happening at the library and be a pary of books sales, special events, and receive the newsletter. Please fill out and return the application to your local branch.

Homework Assignment Form

Tell us your unit of study and we will find related materials. Please tell us the theme, age of students and type of material you will need. Fill out and return form to any branch location.

Teen Internet Form

Teens ages 13 through 17 may use the Internet with their parent or independently with signed permission from their parent. Please print, fill out, and return form to any branch location.

Teen Advisory Board Application

The Teen Advisory Board is a group of teens who meet once a month to discuss what they're reading, what they'd like to see at the library, or just hang out. Fill out an application at any branch. The teen librarian will contact you with details about upcoming meetings.

Interlibrary Loan

The purpose of the Interlibrary Loan is to obtain materials not available in the Pickens County Library System upon the request of a Pickens County Library card holder. Please email us with the title, ISBN and author of the book you are requesting. Also, please provide contact information and library card number as well as which branch you would like to pick your item up at.

Volunteer Application

The Pickens County Library System encourages volunteers to supplement the efforts of paid library staff, to provide quality library services, and to provide a method for residents to support the library while performing community service. The Pickens County Library System does not participate in court ordered community service.
